You don’t need to do anything right now. Your policy will continue to be administered by Allianz Insurance plc until the next renewal after 17 May 2022 when it will move to one of our new products. You’ll receive further information closer to your renewal date.

If you need to make a new claim

Step 1 – Make sure you have your pet insurance certificate to hand
Step 2 – Click the appropriate link below and print the relevant claim form
Step 3 – Complete the form (together with your vet if claiming for veterinary fees)
